Michelle Krzywonski serves as Vice President of St. Johns Air, bringing a decade of HVAC/Mechanical industry experience and a strong background in operations, administration, and financial management. In her role, Michelle oversees human resources, payroll, accounting, insurance administration, and the company’s financial processes, while also managing the administrative team that supports both day-to-day operations and long-term organizational planning. Her leadership ensures that St. Johns Air maintains efficient internal systems, strong compliance practices, and a stable operational foundation as the company continues to grow. Michelle became a Partner at Fidelity Building Services Group (Fidelity) when St. Johns Air joined the organization in 2025.

Prior to joining St. Johns Air, Michelle built a nearly 20-year career in the mortgage industry, where she developed deep expertise in sales management, financial decision-making, and client service. During her tenure with Washington Mutual’s Consumer Direct division, she consistently ranked as a top-producing Mortgage Originator and later advanced into a Sales Manager role. There, she led a team of 12–15 originators, driving performance that repeatedly achieved the #1 ranking within the division. 

Michelle also contributed her skills as a Mortgage Originator at Wachovia, Bank of America, EverBank, and Merrill Lynch, further strengthening her ability to navigate complex financial processes and manage high-volume client portfolios.

Her combined experience in finance, sales leadership, and operational oversight—paired with her hands-on involvement in every administrative facet of St. Johns Air—makes Michelle a key strategic leader and an essential contributor to the company’s continued success.
